The other day I went to lunch with my son. It was ‘take your parent to lunch day’ and I couldn’t help but think how grateful I was for the team at Rosewood Santa Monica for helping make that lunch date possible. They gave me the tools I needed to recover from my eating disorder. Thanks to treatment I have my life back. Recovery gave me the strength to leave an abusive marriage and fight for my children. Rosewood taught me how to be independent, how to survive and manage difficult situations in life.
Thanks to recovery my children have a mother they can look up to, and I get to enjoy everyday activities with them AND I will be there for every milestone they reach in life!
The entire staff at Rosewood Santa Monica helped me see my self worth. They helped me to see that I could live a life free from my eating disorder.
