Additionally, Jennifer will discuss tough but relevant topics including how to get back on track with your meal plan when life gets rough, how to adjust to a new body, nutritional ‘red flags’ and other nutrition topics relevant to staying recovery-focused.

10:30 – 11:45 “Body Change”
Body image is not merely how the body appears, but also how it responds. For instance, when the body is lacking nutrients, it reduces its ability to produce energy due to a lowered metabolic rate. This results in a state of lethargy and an individual’s frustration towards the body for its lack of physical response. During this refresher, group members will assess their bodies unique abilities during the stages of the recovery process to gauge various changes that have taken place, including the ability to be playful and allowing the body to rest.
An enjoyable group experiential will take place to close out this session. ~Cheryl Musik

11:45 – 12:15pm Closing

Rooms will be offered at a discount. $99.00 a night.
