Jennifer Lentzke, MS, RD, LD/N, CSSD, CEDRD, is Lead Dietitian at Rosewood Centers for Eating Disorders. Jennifer is also a Certified Specialist in Sports Dietetics and recently became a Certified Eating Disorder Registered Dietician, expanding her comprehensive understanding of the human nutrition experience and treatment of eating disorders.

Jennifer graduated summa cum laude from Baylor University with a bachelor’s degree in nutrition sciences. A member of Baylor University cross country team, she was a recipient of the Academic All-Big 12 First Team award.

She went on to pursue graduate studies at University of Florida. After rigorous coursework in the top‐ranked Master of Science Dietetic Internship Program, Jennifer graduated summa cum laude with a master’s degree in food science and human nutrition and a minor in applied physiology and kinesiology.

As a registered dietitian, Jennifer has had the opportunity to work alongside a multidisciplinary team of talented healthcare professionals that provide comprehensive nutritional services for adolescents and adults struggling with eating disorders including anorexia, bulimia and binge eating disorder. She is a passionate public speaker and is able to draw on her own life experiences as a dietitian, wife and elite athlete to share her knowledge and dedication to wellness and balanced, healthy eating. She is a frequent contributor to print and online publications.

Jennifer presents on the societal factors that can contribute to dangerous dieting, how dieting can progress to eating disorders, and the therapeutic and nutritional interventions that can be implemented by healthcare professionals to treat patients. Watch a recent presentation
