Grace Melrose, BS, RDN, is a Nutrition professional experienced with over twelve years in this field. She completed her BS in Dietetics from the University of Nebraska Lincoln. She completed her dietetic internship in Tucson, Arizona to qualify to become a Registered Dietitian.
Prior to Rosewood, Grace’s experience began in the field of eating disorders with time at each level of care practicing in Tucson, Arizona. She then moved to Phoenix and focused on outpatient experience at Mayo Clinic within the Endocrinology Department. Grace’s experience is diverse but focus points are in the field of eating disorders, diabetes and functional nutrition.
In addition, to her current role is the Director of Nutritional Services at Rosewood Grace serves as a Nutritional Medicine officer for the United States Airforce Reserve with over 17 years uniformed service. She supports the Air Force mission and health promotion of all airmen.
Grace is an active member of the Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics; International Association of Eating Disorders Professionals and Dietitians in Integrative and Functional Medicine.
