Adi Diamant, MA, LMFT, is the Adolescent Therapist at Rosewood Centers for Eating Disorders Santa Monica. Adi has experience offering therapy to adults and adolescents in all levels of eating disorders care. With over two decades of experience teaching Pilates, dance and kinetics, Adi has a passion for incorporating experiential and holistic therapies centered around dance and movement into her treatment approach.
Adi earned her bachelor’s degree in kinesiology, with a focus on education and movement, from Seminar Hakibutzim University in Israel. Fluent in English and Hebrew, she relocated to the United States in 2001. Her dream was to combine traditional therapy with movement therapy, to help patients restore a healthy mind-body connection that is so important to recovery from eating disorders.
Adi earned her Master of Arts in Clinical Psychology from Antioch University in Los Angeles. For the past five years, she has worked as a therapist with patients struggling with chemical dependency, eating disorders and co-occurring mental health disorders. With compassion as a guiding principle for her interactions with patients, she believes that every individual has the capacity to recover and heal from eating disorders.
