Primary Therapist:
The Primary Therapist is responsible for providing high quality patient care, which includes demonstrating skills in assessment, treatment planning, individual and group therapy and discharge planning. Responsible for assessing, planning and delivering care for patients with eating disorders, substance abuse, dependence, and other addictive behaviors. Additionally, he/she is expected to conduct topic groups and to function as a member of a multi-disciplinary team. Requirements: Masters or Bachelors degree in behavioral sciences or related field. Licensed independently or by the AZ Board of Behavioral Health Examiners
 
RN Pool:
The Registered Nurse provides comprehensive nursing care services utilizing skills of assessment, planning, intervention and evaluation and promotes the maintenance of quality physical health. Additionally, he/she is expected to provide supervision to other members of the nursing team and function as a contributing member of the multidisciplinary team.
 
LPN Pool:
The LPN provides comprehensive nursing care services utilizing skills of assessment, planning, intervention and evaluation and promotes the maintenance of quality physical health. Additionally, he/she is expected to provide supervision to other members of the nursing team and function as a contributing member of the multidisciplinary team.
 
BHP Pool:
The Behavioral Health Paraprofessional takes a lead role in supporting the Tech Supervisor. Provides for support and mentoring with staff training on a day to day basis while remaining responsible for providing quality resident care, which includes demonstration of skills in basic monitoring of resident activities and behaviors and the ability to note and document to these behaviors and activities. This individual will assist in supporting group therapies, and will be expected to assist with topic groups and to function as a member of a multi-disciplinary team.
 
 
Medical Assistant The Medical Assistant/Technician functions under the supervision of The Assistant Director of Nursing, and Registered Nurses. The Medical Assistant/Technician performs assigned administrative, clerical, and medical duties and supports patient activities and monitoring on an ongoing basis.
 
RA Pool:
The Resident Assistant is responsible for maintaining a community environment for the Partial Hospital Patients at the Capri and Tempe Campus.
 
Driver Pool:
The Driver is responsible for providing patient & staff transportation services.
