The reunion will begin Friday evening, Sept. 29 at the Wild West Junction. Address is 321 E. Rte 66, Williams AZ 86046. Meet and greet with dinner will be from 5-9pm. The evening will include a cowboy dinner, live band and line dancing. We encourage you to wear western attire!
Saturday morning we will meet in downtown Williams to board the Grand Canyon Railway. You can probably walk from your hotel. The address is 235 N Grand Canyon Blvd, Williams, AZ 86046.

Rosewood will provide Friday and Saturday night dinner. Alum are responsible for their breakfast and lunch on Saturday. You can eat at the rim of the Grand Canyon or bag a lunch from Safeway in Williams. Shannon will provide a variety of granola bars and snacks. Pastries, juice and coffee will be served Sunday morning.

On Sunday we will meet back at the Wild West Junction at 9am. The reunion will be over at 12pm.
- This year’s reunion will provide a plus one on the train. You are welcome to purchase more tickets. If you want to bring more than one person, please let Shannon know.
- It is strongly discouraged to hike the Grand Canyon while visiting. We are only there for a few hours and if you miss the train, a cab ride is approximately $150.00. Shannon will provide a list of things to do while there.
- You will be responsible for your breakfast and lunch on Saturday. Please make sure you properly prepare for this as it will be a long day. Shannon and her team will have snacks if needed.
- Sunday, after the reunion, a group will visit the lava cave. It will take about 2 hours. It is underground in a cave. It is 1.5 miles round trip. You will need to bring a headlamp and flashlight. Let Shannon know if you plan to go.
